The meeting will be held at the Spruce Mountain Middle School Cafeteria and will begin at 6:00. The questions that will appear on the ballot are as follows:

Article 2: Shall an ordinance entitled “Jay Municipal Lot Rent Stabilization Ordinance” be enacted?

Article 3: Shall the Town of Jay adopt a 180-day moratorium, pursuant to 30-A M.R.S. § 4356, on the acceptance, processing, approval, issuance, or commencement of new commercial ground-mounted solar energy facilities within the Town of Jay, while the Town reviews and considers its comprehensive plan, land-use ordinance, permitting standard, siting requirements, environmental safeguards, decommissioning requirements, financial-assurance requirements, and other municipal regulations concerning such facilities?
